Recertification

You worked hard to earn your professional designation as a Certified Capture Manager (CCM). To maintain your certification status, you are required to become recertified periodically.

What is Recertification?

There are two main requirements to keep your CCM status active and qualify for recertification.

#1: Maintain the required CEUs/CPEs qualifed hours per every two years

#2: Maintain an active membership with the Capture Management Institute / Government Contractors Association

Certified designees are required to recertify by December 31st of the third year following original certification and every two years thereafter. For example, those certified in 2022 will recertify in 2025. Recertification ensures that certificants continuously is improving their knowledge and competence in the capture management field.

How much is recertification?

CCM Membership dues are $399/year. There is no additional recertification application fee. For non-members or if your membership has lapsed, recertification fee is $399, which incudes one year membership in CMI.

How to obtain CEUs/CPEs?

As a member of CMI/GCA, you may attend various different classes offered and earn CEUs/CPEs. Also, you may use other classes/courses from NCMA or APMP to meet the CEU/CPE requirement. For other organizations, you must obtain approval from CMI for CEU/CPE considerations.
